Al Gore Wins (Half) A Nobel Prize
HH would like to congratulate former United State Vice President Al Gore, the man who is often misquoted as having said that he invented the Internet. Al Gore has just won half a Nobel Peace Prize which he'll have to share with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) that was founded in 1988 and operates out of Geneva, Switzerland.
Al and the IPCC are awarded the prize for the following:
"For their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change"
