If you put off Christmas shopping and still need to do some buying, you still have time if you get the lead out. Amazon has one of the best deals that we have seen so far going on the new 9.7-inch iPad with WiFi; it's an even better deal on some units than the sale from earlier this month.
Amazon is offering the 32GB WiFi iPad in Space Gray or Silver for $229, which is a $100 discount off the normal retail price. You can get the 9.7-inch iPad in gold, but that version will cost you an extra $20 with its discounted price at $249. A bit over a week ago all iPad colors were on sale at the $249 price. The same 32GB iPad in silver with WiFi and LTE connectivity is $429, a scant $30 discount.

Interestingly, if you want the 128GB iPad in gold, it's cheaper at $329 for a $100 discount off the $429 price. The tablets are expected as of writing to arrive by Christmas.

As of writing, you can get the 10.5-inch iPad Pro with WiFi and 256GB of storage in Space Gray for $649.99, which is $149.01 off the usual $799 price. That specific version of the iPad will arrive in time for Christmas, the same unit in silver or rose gold will arrive after Christmas. Drop down to the same WiFi iPad Pro with 64GB of storage, and you will pay $524.99, a discount of $124.01 off the usual $649 price. All colors of that version are in stock and arrive by Christmas. The high-end 512GB iPad Pro 10.5-inch tablet is $849.99, a $149.01 discount off the $999 regular price. All three colors are available by Christmas for that tablet.
