Apple Releases iOS 6.1.1 For iPhone 4S To Solve "Cellular Performance" Issues

Heads-up! If you're an iPhone 4S owner, there's a new version of iOS waiting for you. Yes, iOS 6.1 just came out, but it appears that Apple has a small patch specifically for its 4S units that brings the version total to 6.1.1. The small update appears to only impact that phone, with iPod touch and iPad left out as well. The patch says it fixes issues related to "cellular performance and reliability," but specifics beyond that are sparse. There's no mention of the battery woes that are seemingly impacting users since upgrading to iOS 6.1, but it may very well make the cellular searching more efficient, and in turn, placing less stress on the battery. Anyone updated yet? Any changes you're noticing?
