ATI Catalyst 6.8 Out and About
ATI has released version 6.8 of their Catalyst Driver, and this release is one to get excited about. While many driver releases focus on fixing certain driver related problems in games and applications, Catalyst 6.8 contains some serious performance improvements. Doom 3, Quake 4, Riddick, and Prey will see performance gains with Catalyst 6.8, which is due to ATI's improvements with OpenGL. That's not all though, so make sure to check out the release notes while your downloading the drivers.
