Fallout 4 Automatron DLC Trailer Highlights Vicious Robotic Mayhem Ahead Of March 22nd Release

Fallout4 DLC Automatron
Nearly a month ago, Bethesda brought us news of three DLC packs in store for its hugely popular Fallout 4. The first of those three packs, Automatron, is now set to launch on March 22nd and will be filled with plenty of mechanized, murderous robot mayhem.

Bethesda describe Automatron, which retails for $9.99, writing:

The mysterious Mechanist has unleashed a horde of evil robots into the Commonwealth, including the devious Robobrain. Hunt them down and harvest their parts to build and mod your own custom robot companions. Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons like the all-new lightning chain gun. Even customize their paint schemes and choose their voices!

To go along with the new of the launch date for Automatron, Bethesda also released a fresh trailer detailing the DLC pack:

This is Battlebots cranked up to the max, with the trailer showing the build and customization process for your robot companions along with some pretty epic battles. Needless to say, we’re pretty excited about Automatron along with the other two DLC packs that Bethesda has in store.

The Wasteland Workshop ($4.99) will be available in April, while the expansive Far Harbor ($24.99) will launch in May. We should also note that you’ve missed your opportunity to get a 2016 season pass for Fallout 4 DLC at the previous $29.99 price point. Starting March 1st, that price rose to $49.99, although Bethesda says that the $49.99 price still gets you $60 worth of content through the end of the year.
