Catalyst 5.13: ATI's Video Domination?
Catalyst 5.13? That's right, and it's slated for this month! In ATI's words, they're out for "dominATIon" of video quality, and with their new drivers, it looks like they may have succeeded. As FiringSquad explains, Catalyst 5.13 is set to deliver a huge leap in image and video quality.
