Crucial announced the availability of the Crucial m4 mSATA Solid State Drive (SSD) for ultrabooks. This SSD is one- eighth the size, making it ideal for systems where space is a premium. This drive offers sequential read speeds up to 500MB per second. It can be used as a standalone SSD or as a cache for an existing drive. Thanks to its thin mSATA form factor, the drive can be mounted directly to mSATA-enabled motherboards.
