Dell Debuts 24" G2410H LCD Monitor For $339

Dell has been quite busy beefing up their notebook line, but one area that has seen little to no attention over the past few months is the LCD. Dell is a huge seller of LCD monitors, but because they aren't as flashy as new notebooks, new tablet PCs or new desktops, we suppose that they haven't been marketing the new releases as hard.

That said, the company has pushed out a new panel this weekend that's perfect for the average power user. The G2410H is a stylish 24" LCD with a height adjustable stand, a 1080p resolution, 250cd/m2 brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and DVI/VGA inputs. It's a simplistic affair (no HDMI or component, and no built-in speakers), but it's straddling the line between smaller LCDs that are handed out like candy with new desktop and newer, larger IPS panels that professionals love.

This new screen is priced at $339 in the U.S. and is available to ship right now, and if you're concerned about energy usage, Dell promises that this is one of their greenest monitors ever.
