Dev-Team Releases Untethered Jailbreak For iOS 4.3.2

We wouldn't recommend jailbreaking your iPhone 4 if you aren't totally familiar with what kind of craziness could break loose should something go wrong, but if you're all clear, there's some tantalizing news out tonight from the Dev-Team. The team has just broken loose the iPhone 4, running on iOS 4.3.2 (the newest iOS release). iPad 2 users are still out in the cold, but it shouldn't be long now. Otherwise, you can expect it to work on the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod touch 3G, iPod touch 4G and the original iPad.

The best part of this jailbreak is the "untethered" nature. That means that you don't have to plug it back in to your host computer each time you restart your jailbroken device. The download is available now, though at the moment, iPhone 4 users are being asked to hold tight. There was apparently a bug in the initial release that isn't allowing the iPhone 4 to work well, but the team's on a fix as we speak. Enjoy the spoils of jailbreaking, but as the saying goes: friends don't let inexperienced friends jailbreak alone.
