"Duke Nukem Forever" Rises from the Grave
Duke Nukem Forever is one of the quintessential examples of vaporware. In fact, it's held up as such in the "vaporware" Wikipedia article. And you can bet hundreds of times the "Forever" part of the title has been said to mean how long it will be in development. That said, a new game featuring the iconic Duke Nukem would be a hot seller, and that makes this big news.
3D Realms promised that as of 10AM PST today, a Duke Nukem Forever "teaser trailer" would be available. And wonder of wonders, the trailer was not vaporware! It showed up. Unfortunately, the servers are really overloaded.
However, an enterprising soul uploaded the video to YouTube, and here it is, for all our readers to enjoy (?). Let's be honest, it's not much, but at least it's something.
