If you just can’t get enough of Fallout 4, you’ll be happy to know that Turn 10 Studios and Bethesda Game Studios have teamed up to bring Fallout 4-themed vehicles to Forza Motorsport 6. This is a crossover of epic proportions, which combines two of today’s hottest gaming properties.

“Everyone asks us if you can drive the cars in Fallout 4, and now we can say yes – in Forza, our favorite racing game,” said Bethesda Game Studios Game Director Todd Howard.

There are two vehicles that will be available to Forza Motorsport 6 players; one of which is based on its real life counterpart and one that is completely fictional. The first is the classic 1956 Ford F100 pickup truck, while the second is the Chryslus Rocket 69, which looks like something that you would have found on a 1950s show car circuit.

In other Fallout 4-related news NVIDIA has announced that Bethesda is using some of its graphics technology to enhance in-game visuals. Specifically, NVIDIA’s Brian Burke points out that Bethesda’s Creation Engine has adopted Volumetric Lighting technology to rain down an abundance of “god rays” on your in-game character and NPCs.

“The technique used here runs on the GPU and leverages hardware tessellation. It’s beautiful in motion, and it adds atmospheric depth to the irradiated air of the Wasteland,” said Bethesda in a blog posting.

Volumetric Lighting joins a number of new technical features that have been added to Fallout 4’s Creation Engine including Bokeh Depth of Field, Filmic Tonemapping and Tiled Deferred Lighting.

Fallout 4 arrives for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on November 10th. For U.S. gamers that would like to sip some themed soda while you play, Target will be selling Nuka Cola Quantum on launch day.
