First Photos of Likely Droid Incredible 3 Hit the Web

Here we thought HTC was going to slow things down a tick after announcing another round of comparatively disappointing financial results, but so far that hasn't been the case. HTC said it was going shift its strategy from bombarding the marketplace with a bevy of devices to concentrating on a just a few well polished handsets, and while that might still be the case, we've already seen a handful of upcoming smartphones leak to the Web, including what appears to be the Droid Incredible 3.

A tipster sent Phone Arena a whole bunch of photos of a mystery HTC smartphone, which the site promptly watermarked and put on display for all the world to see. Phone Arena says it doesn't have a clue what model smartphone it is, but since the back of the device shares a similar distinct design to the Droid Incredible 2, there's a good chance this will end up being the third model in that line.

Luckily for nosy folks like us, the specs were revealed in a couple of the screenshots, so at least that part's not a mystery. This is an Ice Cream Sandwich device running Android 4.0.1 with HTC's Sense UI 4.0 on top, and it's destined for Verizon. It has a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear-facing camera, VGA front-facing camera, AMOLED screen, and 4G LTE support.
