Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 Xtreme Exposed In Teaser Videos
Gigabyte is all over the GeForce RTX launch, including models that will be sold under its Aorus gaming brand. The company has finally provided a first look at one of those cards, the Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 Xtreme 8G, and also revealed several upcoming GeForce RTX 2080 and GeForce RTX 2080 Ti product models.

Not long after, Gigabyte posted a second, more informative video showcasing the card and discussing some of the details, such as cooling, aesthetics, and so forth. If you have a few minutes to spare, you can check that one out below...
There's also now a product page for the Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 Xtreme 8G. According to the listing, the card is built for "extreme overclocking" and sports a 12+2 power phase design. It also features a Windforce Stack 3X cooling solution and a metal backplate with an illuminated RGB Aorus logo.
"Aorus provides the all-around cooling solution for all key components of the graphics card. We take care not only GPU but also VRAM and MOSFET, to ensure a stable overclock operation and longer life. Windforce Stack 3x 100mm cooling system is the most innovative cooling solution that provides the most efficient thermal performance for the graphics card," Aorus says.
Cutting through the marketing hype, the Windforce Stack 3X cooler sports three 100mm fans. The middle fan spins clockwise, whereas the two end fans spin counter-clockwise. According to Aorus, this reduces turbulence compared to having all three fans spin in the same direction, and results in better airflow and heat dissipation. The card also features heatpipes that make direct contact with the GPU.
Other features include RGB lighting, seven video outputs, and a 4-year warranty. Unfortunately, Aorus didn't share all the details, such as clockspeeds, pricing and availability.
