Holy Buckaroo, Batman! Best Buy Selling HTC One M7 For A Dollar To Clear Room For M8

There's money to be saved if you don't always have to own the latest and greatest flagship version of a product. For instance, if you head over to Best Buy's website or pop into one of the electronic chain's brick-and-mortar locations, you can walk away with the original (and still pretty snazzy) HTC One (M7) for a dollar, provided you ink a two-year service agreement with Sprint, Verizon, or AT&T.

The discounted price is in effect today (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) only, so if you're on the fence, you'll have to decide relatively quick. You'll also have to decide on a color -- the $1 pricing is good for all color models, including blue, silver, black, and red.

It's clear that Best Buy is looking to offload inventory and make room for HTC's recently announced One (M8) refresh, which sports newer hardware, features, and a higher price tag (it's available at Best Buy for $150 with a two-year service agreement). However, the original HTC One (M7) is still a great Android device, especially for the low price of $1.

To recap, it has a 4.7-inch Full HD 1080p display (468 ppi), 1.7GHz quald-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 2.1MP front-facing camera, HTC UltraPixel rear-facing camera, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC support, 4G LTE connectivity, Beats Audio, front-facing speakers, and is upgradeable to Android 4.4 KitKat.
