HP Quietly Reveals Sandy Bridge-Based Pavilion G6s 15.6" Notebook
Intel's Sandy Bridge is definitely the platform of the moment. Every notebook maker in existence is doing everything they can to get the
newer chipsets into their machines, and while HP has already rolled SB
out in a number of units, what's not to love about one more? The company
has just made official the Pavilion G6s, a colorful new machine with a
15.6" (1366x768) display, and your choice of Core i3, i5 or i7 Sandy
Bridge power.
There's also 6GB of memory, a 750GB hard drive, optional AMD Radeon HD 6470M graphics and your choice of four different colors. All of that's on the high end; if you'd like a more modest build, it can be ordered now starting at $550.
