HTC One mini 2 Leaked Images Appear, 4.5-Inch Display With Three Color Options

There are hardly any secrets in the Android camp these days thanks to Twitter user @evleaks, who's been responsible for more leaks than a submarine with screen doors. They keep on coming, the latest being an unreleased press photo of HTC's forthcoming One mini 2 handset that will apparently be available in three base color options.

The leaked photo shows the phone in gunmetal gray, silver, and gold. No specs are listed along with the photo, though you can see the One mini 2 doesn't sport a Duo Camera as found on HTC's recently released One M8 handset, so it won't have selective focus and other related effects -- bummer.

Based on previous rumors, the One mini 2 could debut with a 4.5-inch 720p HD display, quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, microSD card slot, 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

As for the physical design, what's shown in the leaked photo very similar to the aforementioned One M8 with the same color options and overall design with metal construction.

No word yet on when HTC plans to launch this device or how much it will cost.
