Defamed King Of Kong Billy Mitchell Seen Back In Fighting Shape Scoring 1M Live In Donkey Kong

This week, Mitchell took the next step to live up the name "King of Kong" by going on an epic run at the Glitch Bar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You can see the run via this Twitch stream. If you don't have the stamina to make it through the entire stream, the run starts at around the 1:44:00 mark and goes on for another two and a half hours. In the end, Mitchell steps away from the cabinet after racking up a score of 1,000,000 points.

We're not certain this run will be enough to silence his critics, but Mitchell definitely has the chops to hang with the best players in the world with or without an emulator. That still doesn't excuse the use of an emulator -- which to our knowledge, Mitchell still hasn't owned up to -- so this saga will likely continue for quite some time.
