Logitech Unveils New Line Of G Series Gaming Headsets

Logitech has announced a new line of gaming headsets that run the gamut from low-end to higher-end units. Giving the varying price points of these units, there's  headset for nearly every budget and usage case.

The high-end unit is the G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Lightsync gaming headset; it sells for $169.99. It has a flip away mic that mutes when swung out of the way and a 15-meter indoor wireless range. The headset offers 50mm drivers and frequency response of 20Hz-20KHz. The second headset is the G635 7.1 Lightsync Gaming Headset that sells for $139.99. It also has a flip to mute microphone and 50mm drivers. It is strictly a wired unit and works with PC, mobile, and game consoles with 3.5mm input.

The more budget-focused headsets that lack the Lightsync capabilities include are the Logitech G432 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset and the Logitech G332 Stereo Gaming Headset. The G432 headset sells for $79.99 and is a wired headset with a 2-meter long cable. It has 50mm drivers and a boom microphone for voice chat. It will work with a USB port for PC or 3.5mm audio input device.

The last, and least expensive, of the headsets is the G332 gaming headset selling for $59.99. It's a wired headset with 50mm drivers and a flip to mute microphone. It supports PC, console, and mobile devices with a 3.5mm input. All of these headsets support customization using the G Hub software and are up for pre-order right now. They will all be available at Logitech retailers, and on the website starting this month; an exact launch date is unannounced.
