If you're in the market for a premium Windows 10 tablet, Microsoft is running a promotion this weekend on the Surface Pro. The entry-level Surface Pro typically costs $799, but Microsoft is offering the tablet for $599.

Those six Benjamins will get you a 7th generation Intel Core m3 processor (HD Graphics 615) paired with 4GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD. The $200 off discount extends throughout the Surface Pro family, which means that you can get a Core i5 system with 8GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD for $799 or pony up $1,099 for a Core i5/8GB/256GB SKU.

Whichever model you select, you'll get a 12.3-inch PixelSense Display with a resolution of 2736x1824, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera (Windows Hello compatible), 802.11ac Wi-FI, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 3.0 port, microSDXC reader, mini DisplayPort, and a Surface Connect port. LTE connectivity is optional (also eligible for the $200 discount).

The promotion runs through tomorrow evening (June 17th), so you'd better act fast if you're at all interested in the Surface Pro. It should also be noted that you can qualify for an additional 10 percent off for students/teachers and military personnel.

As we reported earlier this week, Microsoft is reportedly prepping a 6th generation Surface Pro, which is expected to feature an all-new design. It's likely that the device will be powered by 8th generation Intel Core processors and include USB-C connectivity (which Microsoft has so far shunned on its first-party hardware). However, that 2-in-1 convertible isn't expected to debut until the middle of 2019.

The Surface Pro can be purchased directly from the Microsoft Store.
