Motorola Moto X4 Leaks With Premium Design And Dual-Camera Glory

Motorola may have just launched its Moto Z2 Force flagship, but it hasn’t forgotten about its “lesser” models. That leads us to the Moto X4, which has been leaked again via a press render.

What we have here is clearly a handsome mid-range smartphone that doesn’t embrace the minimal display bezel design trend that is becoming more commonplace. Despite the bezels, we’re sure that there are plenty of people that prefer the front placement of the fingerprint reader on Moto X4 smartphone versus the rear placement that is necessitated by designs where the display takes up the full face of the smartphone.

When it comes to specs, the Moto X4 will feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC, while juice will be provided by a 3,000 mAh battery. For the U.S. market, expect to find 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Unfortunately, those specs are a step down from what will be available in the Asian market, where the Moto X4 will come equipped with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Motorola made a similar spec decision with the U.S. version of the Moto Z2 Force.

We also get a clear look at the dual cameras on the rear of the device, along with a dual-tone LED flash that is positioned right above the lenses. The cameras out back consist of 8MP (f/2.2, 120-degree FoV) and 12MP (f/2.0) units along with a 16MP selfie shooter up front.

Unfortunately, there is no official word on when the Moto X4 will be released or how much it will cost.
