No Man’s Sky Superfan Paid $1,300 For Leaked Copy, Brags With Uploaded Gameplay Videos
Daymeeuhn claims he bought the game from a seller on eBay and had it shipped via FedEx. He proved that he did so through a video on DailyMotion of him opening and installing the game. Sean Murray of Hello Games warned viewers on the No Man’s Sky Twitter account that they would see a bunch of spoilers if they chose to watch Daymeeuhn’s video.
So why would someone pay $1,300 for a game that will be released in a few short days? Daymeeuhn remarked, “I'm a lucky guy. I've done well for myself. I have disposable income and I'm happy in life. I'm in a state of being where I don't look at a purchase and determine the overall value by the price tag, but rather by how much happiness it will bring myself or the people I care about.”We’ve spent years filling No Man’s Sky with surprises. You've spent years waiting. Please don't spoil it for yourself :(
