Nokia Introduces X6 16GB Smartphone, Loaded With Games

Nokia hasn't really kept up with Apple and HTC in terms of smartphone innovation, but it looks like the X6 is making up for lost time. The original X6 came in a 32GB form and couldn't be purchased without Nokia's own music subscription service "Comes With Music." The new X6 is a 16GB version that doesn't require you to purchase the Comes With Music addition, which means that this version is a far more viable option for those who already have a favorite means of procuring audio.

The phone has room for over 5000 tracks, a 3.2" capacitive touch panel, four new finishes (black, white, white/pink and white/yellow) as well as the latest version of the Symbian operating system. The battery can last up to 18 days in standby or 11.5 hours when talking, and it'll even last 4.5 hours when watching video! There's a 5MP camera onboard (with a dual LED flash), a TV-out function, on-phone video editing and support for Ovi Maps.

Owners will also find Spore, Asphalt and DJ Mix Tour pre-loaded, with availability promised for this quarter. Pricing has yet to be announced.
