Razer's Turret Gaming Keyboard And Mouse For Xbox One Now Available

Are you tired of using a Xbox One controller with FPS games? Razer just released its Turret gaming keyboard and mouse that was first announced back in 2018 for the Xbox One. The keyboard and mouse combination boast several features, including Razer Chroma, 5G advanced optical sensors, and a 2.4 GHz wireless connection.

Users will be able to choose from 16.8 million colors with Razer Chroma for both their keyboard and mouse. Both devices feature Xbox Dynamic Lighting, 1000Hz Ultrapolling, and Razer Synapse 3. They also share a unified dongle and include ergonomic design features.

The Razer Turret Keyboard incorporates mechanical switch with 50g actuation force, 10 key roll-over with anti-ghosting, and mid-height keycaps. The keyboard is 23.62 inches with the tray expanded and weighs in at 4.1 pounds. The device can last up to 11 hours on a single charge with the default lighting and up to 43 hours without the lighting. Although the keyboard was designed for the Xbox One, it also compatible with PCs. PC users will be able to fully program their keys and will be offered other gaming options.

The Razer Turret Mouse features a tactile scroll wheel, 7 programmable Hyperesponse buttons, and on-board memory and cloud storage. It is 4.95 inches in length and weighs 0.21 pounds. The mouse can move 450 inches per second and has a life cycle of 50 million clicks. The device will last up to 30 hours with the default lighting enabled, and 50 hours without it.

Microsoft reported last September that it would soon offer mouse and keyboard support for its consoles. Razer was listed as one of those partners and the company announced the Turret Keyboard and Mouse in December. Razer stated that its Xbox One device was meant “to leverage on [their] capabilities for console.”

Although the keyboard and mouse combination are undoubtedly useful for console gamers, they are quite pricey. The devices ring in at $249.99 USD, which is higher than the price of the Xbox One S. Thankfully, both devices include a two-year warranty with tech support and 14 days of risk-free returns. American customers can also get free shipping from the Razer site with more than a $79 purchase. You can nab the Razer Turret Keyboard and Mouse here.
