Rumors Suggest Samsung Could Debut Galaxy S IV At CES In January

New rumors suggest Samsung may be planning to reveal the successor to its very popular Galaxy S III smartphone at CES in January. Referred to as the Galaxy S IV, the new smartphone is said to have a 5-inch full HD AMOLED display with a pixel density of 441 pixels-per-inch. This display could support a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

Screen size is a definite focus among many Android smartphone manufacturers today. Given that Samsung's competition in the smartphone market such as HTC, Sony, and LG have announced and/or launched 5-inch full HD displays, it's not hard to believe Samsung is working on something similar. The Galaxy S IV is also said to feature a quad-core Exynos processor and 4G LTE capabilities.

Previous rumors suggested Samsung might reveal its Galaxy S IV smartphone at Mobile World Congress in February with a possible launch date in March. Samsung has denied all rumors. Regardless, you can bet we'll keep our ears to the ground for any and all news surrounding this upcoming smartphone.
