Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Preorders Open Today Including Buy One, Get One Free Offers
Samsung is ending the work week with a bang. Yesterday the company launched its much-anticipated Galaxy Note 9 handset, and today it is opening up preorders for the device. Pricing starts at $999.99 so it is not for the faint of wallet or purse, however there are buy one, get one (BOGO) offers available at Best Buy to significantly soften the blow.
Before we get to more pricing details, let's quickly recap the specs. The Galaxy Note 9 wields a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a 2960x1440 resolution (18.5:9 aspect ratio), 83.4 percent screen-to-body ratio, and HDR support, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Samsung's new phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, which is still Qualcomm's flagship mobile SoC (until the Snapdragon 855 arrives). There are two models available—one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, and another 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, both with a microSD card slot.
You can preorder a Galaxy Note 9 direct from Samsung where you will be asked to select your carrier (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, or US Cellular, or an unlocked model) and color (Ocean Blue or Lavender Purple). The 6GB/128GB SKU sells for $999.99, and the 8GB/512GB models go for $1,249.99. When ordering through Samsung, you can select one of the following perks:

Samsung has a financing option to make paying for a $1,000+ phone less painful. For the lower end SKU, It works out to $41.67 per month for 24 months, and $52.08 per month for 24 months for the higher end model.
If you head over to Best Buy, you will find more tantalizing offers. There are BOGO offers for both AT&T and Verizon, while Sprint is advertising a 50 percent discount with qualified activation for Sprint Flex Lease. You also still get to choose from the aforementioned bonus perks when preordering.
