Swype Android Beta Adds Speech-To-Text Functionality
What's probably the most popular keyboard alternative on Android has a new beta out, and there's a major new feature included: Dragon Dictation support. That little add-in makes for speech-to-text support, making the overall package even more compelling. Simply press the Flame key in the lower right, speak at will, and watch as the keyboard translates that to text on your phone. Apple may have hit one out of the park with Siri, but something tells us the Android camp isn't far behind when it comes to dictation. Have a look at the video below to see how it's done.
