T-Mobile REVVL Plus Android Smartphone Packs Dual Cameras And 6-inch Display For $200

T-Mobile has rolled out a new smartphone that won't have fanboys clamoring over specs and performance, but it looks to be a solid device for budget conscious users. The smartphone is called the REVVL Plus and it has a 6-inch full HD screen and dual rear-facing cameras with one being a 13MP unit and the other a 5MP. The front camera is an 8MP unit for selfies.

Power comes from a 3,380 mAh internal battery promising up to 12 hours talk time and 16.5 days standby. The REVVL Plus comes in black with magenta accents only; which will likely play favorably to only diehard T-Mobile fans. The OS is Android Nougat and the smartphone has 2GB of RAM inside along with 32GB of storage. A memory card slot supports up to 128GB cards.

T-Mobile uses a 2.0GHz octa-core processor inside from an unnamed manufacturer. A fingerprint sensor is integrated, and the smartphone supports Category 4 LTE Bands 2, 4, 5, 12, and 66. The normal REVVL packs GPS along with WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2, we assume the REVVL Plus has those same features, but they aren't listed.

"We launched the REVVL family because we listen to our customers," said John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile. "As smartphone prices soar, the REVVL Plus bucks the trend, delivering high-end features – like bigger screens, better cameras, longer battery life, biometric security and more – at an unbeatable price."

The REVVL Plus will land November 17 in stores nationwide and online. The REVVL Plus smartphone a follow-up to the T-Mobile REVVL that launched back in August for $150.
