Thermaltake just added a new case to its arsenal, one in which it feels will "encourage space addicts to explore cyberspace with endless possibility." Um, sure. But don't let the goofy marketing tune you out, because on paper, Thermaltake's Spacecraft VF-I looks like another promising chassis from Thermaltake.
The VF-I is a mid-tower case with eSports DNA. It has an aggressive styling somewhat similar to Cooler Master's HAF line, an all-black interior, and plenty of cooling potential. It supports up to 7 fans, can accommodate graphics cards up to 12.5 inches in length (including AMD's Radeon HD 6990 and Nvidia's GeForce GTX 590), will support a high performance 24cm water cooling radiator, and boasts a USB 3.0 connector.
So is Thermaltake really dubbing this a "Spacecraft" based on owners surfing through cyberspace? Not exactly. As Thermatlatke explains it, the name is a combination of ample 'space' to work with in combination with a carefully 'craft'ed exterior that has "an aluminum front bezel and explicit aerodynamic design."
