Virgin Mobile To Stock iPhone 5 Starting June 28th

Don't look now, but there will soon be yet another place to get your iPhone fix: Virgin Mobile. As Apple's phone has grown in importance, its availability has spread as well. The initial version was only available on AT&T, and now, hundreds of carriers offer it. On the prepaid side, the roll-out has been a bit slower, but now Virgin is matching the likes of Cricket by offering the iPhone 5 on June 28th.

The phone will be available on the carrier's Beyond Talk plans, with unlimited 3G/4G LTE data and messaging starting at $35 per month. Customers can also receive a $5 per-month plan discount when they register and sign up for automatic monthly payments ["Auto Pay"] with a credit card, debit card or PayPal account, making the iPhone 5 available on Virgin Mobile for as low as $30 per month. The 16GB iPhone 5, available in Black and White, will be available at www.virginmobileusa.com, at participating Virgin Mobile dealers, and at RadioShack, our exclusive national retail distributor, for $549.99 [excluding taxes]. The 32GB and 64GB, also in Black and White, will be available online only for $649.99 and $749.99, respectively.

Of course, the iPhone 5S (or whatever the edition after the 5 will be called) should be out soon, so you might want to hold your horses a bit longer.
