Vizio's 50-Inch 4K HDR Smart TV Is A Steal At $319 With This Deal On Amazon
There has never been a better time to be in the market for a big screen TV. Whereas buying a sizeable television used to command top dollar, costs have come down considerably over the years, to the point where a few hundred bucks gets you a 4K TV with HDR support. Proof of this exists in Vizio's new V-Series 50-inch class (49.5-inch diagonal) Smart TV, which is available for just $319 on Amazon right now.
The V-Series is the most affordable line among Vizio's new 2019 4K HDR Smart TV collection, which it just announced yesterday. For those who have more coin to spend, the lineup also entails new M-Series and P-Series additions.
Make no mistake, though, the V-Series is not an afterthought among Vizio's TV lineup. The model we are highlighting here (V505-G9, $319) offers a 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160) resolution with full-array LED backlighting. It supports the major HDR standards, including Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG, and has a 120Hz effective refresh rate. That means it's likely 60Hz, as we would expect on a TV at this price.
As with many of Vizio's modern TVs, this one has Chromecast built into it, allowing you to stream from thousands of apps. It also works with Apple AirPlay and comes with a voice remote. In short, there is quite a bit here for the money.
Amazon is selling this set for a tad below MSRP. This is a preorder listing, but releases soon, on June 17, 2019.
