Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Preview Build 16193 Hits Fast Ring
In case you're not familiar with the Window Insider program, it provides early access to new features that will be included in future versions of Windows. Those subscribed to the Fast ring receive new Windows 10 builds at a faster clip than those subscribed to the Slow ring. The trade off is that builds in the Fast ring might not be as stable. It is sort of like the difference between an alpha and beta release, where the alpha builds are a rougher around the edges and beta releases having more polish.
The latest Windows 10 Insider Preview that is up for grabs includes some new features that will end up in the Fall Creators Update. One of them is Story Remix, which is an evolution of the Photos app. As part of Story Remix, Windows is able to sift through your photos, grab ones that it finds relevant to you in some way, and put together video stories. Each one contains a soundtrack, theme, and transitions. You can then edit and share them on social media.

The Story Remix app will also include elements of the UI upgrades coming to Windows 10. Microsoft calls this Fluent Design (formerly Project Neon). It consists of several UI enhancements to give Windows a more modern look and feel, one that puts some distance between Windows 10 and the original Metro UI that was rolled out with Windows 8.
In addition to the above, the latest Windows 10 Insider Build will include a power throttling update and several bug fixes from the previous release.
