ABIT's hardware bundle for the AG8 is standard fare: Serial ATA cables for each of the four headers, a USB 2.0/IEEE 1394 PCI header, an I/O shield to fit the board's largely unconventional back plate, a floppy driver disk, and a driver CD.
There isn't much in the way of software, either. ABIT does include its own utility that interfaces with the microGURU hardware coprocessor. Among the utility's abilities, there's the ABIT EQ, a self-diagnostic app that monitors temperatures, voltages, and fan speeds. The OC Guru is a Windows-based overclocking utility that automatically adjusts frontside bus frequencies for immediate overclocking. Interestingly, ABIT decided to put its audio equalizer in the OC Guru menu, as well. The ABIT FlashMenu application allows the user to update the BIOS from within Windows rather than having to start in DOS mode.
