Metro Last Light Redux boasts some of the best 3D visuals on the PC platform and includes a DX11 rendering mode that makes use of advanced depth of field effects and character model tessellation for increased realism. This title also supports NVIDIA PhysX technology for impressive in-game physics effects, though we left them disabled here. We tested the game at resolutions of 2560x1600 and 3840X2160 (4K) with its in-game image quality options set to Very High and DOF effects disabled.
Metro Last Light Redux
The Cybertron CLX Ra continues its dominance in graphics testing. At 2560x1440, it averaged over 100 frames per second in Metro Last Light with the eye candy cranked up. The two GTX 1080 graphics cards don't come close to breaking a sweat here. What a difference a generation makes—note that Dell's Alienware system with three GeForce GTX 980 graphics cards in tri-SLI averaged half throughput at less than 52 FPS.
Cranking up the display resolution to 4K gave the CLX Ra and its two Pascal cards a bit of an exercise, though it still managed to average playable framerates approaching 55 FPS. That's again about twice as many as the aforementioned Alienware system.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor
Since this benchmark is fairly new in our database, we don't have many reference systems to show you relative performance metrics. However, you can still see what the Cytertron CLX Ra is capable of here and how it scales at higher resolutions. At 1080p, this beastly system tops a whopping 260 FPS. That only drops to 248 FPS at 2560x1440, and 154 FPS at 4K. Utlra mode settings at any resolution are totally available with the CLX Ra.
