The MobileXPRT benchmark runs through a variety of tests to evaluate the responsiveness of a device along with its ability to handle many everyday workloads.

For the most part, the One (M8) earns above average scores. Particularly compared to last year's One Max, this year's edition clearly has more headroom and more horsepower, sometimes even doubling up over last year's model. It's sufficiently quicker than its closest Android handset rivals from late 2013, too.
