HTC began rolling out an update to its One X smartphone today. Although the update doesn't include Android 4.1, Jelly Bean, it does offer a number of improvements to Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. Thanks to an ITC exclusion order, two of HTC's flagship smartphones—the One X for AT&T and the EVO 4G LTE for Sprint—were delayed at customs last month.
