After increasing the FSB and adding more voltage as needed my final result was a FSB of 265 taking my 2.8GHz P4 to 3.7GHz! With this... Read more...

Good morning everyone. I know I said I would see you next week, but I wanted to stop by and give you another news update. We also wanted to ask that we all take a moment to honor our armed forces and recognize the hard work and sacrifices they've made since 9/11. It's hard to believe it's been 3 years since that day. Surely the world has changed since then, going down a very dark and uncertain path. Thankfully we have the men and women of United States Armed Forces out there trying keep us safe. We should pray for each and every one of them overseas, hoping they make it home safe and thank the others who patrol our homeland so we can go about a "normal" life safely. Thank you! Kingwin... Good evening friends, how was your day?  Over the past while I have been trying to convert my eating habits.  I had been consuming to much "bad" food and had not been feeling the greatest because of that.  So, to go along with this health kick, I have decided to invest into a new Mountain Bike.  I have not full decided on what I want to get, but it looks like it is going to cost me around the same price as cheap laptop.  I just don't think I can trust a hundred dollar bike to support my six foot, 200 pound body while blazing down a trail ;)  If you have any good suggestions for a bike, drop me a note. Good morning and happy Friday to all.  Today starts off Memorial Day weekend here in the states.  For starters that automatically means a three day weekend and a boatload of traffic on the highways.  It also is a sign that summer is rapidly approaching.  Traditionally this is a time of year where families get together, barbeque and enjoy some cold beverages.  But most of all, we take the time to remember the men and women who served this great country by giving their lives in battle.  Something we should never forget, especially today when we have troops doing their job in both Iraq and Afghanistan.  Here's you news...   Soyo Raptor SY-PS400 Adjustable PSU Review Not Your Father's PSU By: Jeff Bouton January 6th, 2004 When someone is getting ready to build their new dream machine, the power supply is often overlooked. Generally people focus on the performance side of the equation, getting the fastest CPU, hard drive and Memory they can afford, along with a high quality motherboard to tie it all together. They may even go as far as to purchase a new case, with power supply included, but typically these power supplies are the cheapest available to keep the overall cost of the case down. A simple way to see this is to take an ordinary power supply and compare its weight to a high quality, after market model.... Read more...
The Raidmax Aluminum Series PSU 400 Watts of Goodness... By, Robert Maloney June 30, 2002 The Power Supply Unit (PSU) is a critical system component, however, it is often overlooked when building a system. An inferior power supply, or an underpowered one, can cause interference with other components, automatic system rebooting, drive errors and other problems than can be very hard to diagnose. An inferior PSU can also cause trouble if you expand your hardware, such as an upgrade to a new high-en Athlon XP or a Pentium 4, which may require more current than the cheap supply can provide, or the board may even need certain connections not currently available. The Raidmax Aluminum Series PSUs... Read more...
