Both Dell and Alienware have declined to comment on the issue, but rumor has it Dell plans to acquire enthusiast PC builder Alienware. Alienware currently uses AMD CPUs in their builds, while Dell continues to use Intel, so it'll be interesting to see what happens if this turns out to be more than just a rumor....
