With Windows XP Service Pack 2 having been out for some time now, and Windows Vista on the horizon, Microsoft is announcing their end of support for the old Service Pack 1. Service Pack 2 was released in 2004, and most problems have been ironed out of it, so Microsoft sees no reason to continue support for SP1 which was released back in 2002....
