Samsung Rumored To Release Cheaper Galaxy Note 10 Lite

For those that are on a budget and still want the S Pen experience, it appears that Samsung might be working on a new device that would take some of the sting out of the current high price of entry. According to SamMobile, this new device carries the designation SM-N770F, which puts it in the Galaxy Note family. 

This new mid-range device is reportedly heading [at least initially] to the European market. There will be just two color options available according to the report: black and red. Beyond that, the only other "confirmed" spec is that it will have 128GB of storage.

So, what leads us to wonder, where exactly will Samsung trim costs to make this a more affordable device? For starters, Samsung could skimp on the display, reduce the number of rear cameras from three to two, rip out wireless charging, and potentially introduce a smaller battery. Of course, this is all just speculation on our part, but those are the most obvious places to cut costs that we can think of.

And even if this rumor turns out to be true, how will Samsung price the device? Knocking off $100 or even $200 could make the Galaxy Note 10 Lite more appealing, and it remains one of the only flagship Android devices to provide a true pen/inking experience (with the other being LG).
