The 2020 Supra May Have Just Been Fully Leaked By Toyota In All Of Its Curvy Glory

After the years of teasing, spy shots, and camouflaged prototypes blasting through Europe, did Toyota actually slip up just weeks ahead of the 2020 Supra's official debut? That appears to be the case, thanks to a goof on Toyota Germany's website.

The website allows you to get on the waitlist for the 2020 Supra, and states the following (translated from German):

We are sorry, all Supra have already been reserved.

Thank you for your interest in reserving a Supra. Due to the high demand unfortunately all vehicles are already reserved at the moment.

Register now on the waiting list so that we can let you know when there are some vehicles available again. We only need your name and e-mail address.

Plugging in your email address results in an email being sent right away, which says:

Thank you for signing up for the Toyota GR Supra waiting list.

You're only one step away, please just confirm your registration.

Along with that email are two low-resolution images that appear to be of the final production version of the 2020 Supra. The images match up perfectly with the photo leaks we've seen previously and the camouflaged prototypes that have been making the rounds. We don't have any official looks at the interior (you can see leaked/spy photos below), but this is probably as close as a look as we're going to get until the vehicle is officially revealed at the Detroit Auto Show next month.

As we have previously reported, the 2020 Toyota Supra shares its chassis, engine, and transmissions with the 2019 BMW Z4 M40i. That means that this is a rear-wheel drive monster pumping out close to 400 horsepower from a turbocharged BMW 3.0-liter inline-6. All Supras will come backed with an automatic transmission, although there is talk with Toyota about making a traditional manual transmission available as an option in the future.

When it comes to pricing, expect a base price of around $60,000 when the vehicle hits U.S. streets.
